Since 1986, Sanjay Jadhao has been a driving force in the manufacturing industry. With a strong foundation in engineering and a wealth of experience from leading organisations, he established Jadhao Layland Pvt. Ltd. Under his guidance, the company has expanded its product range to encompass a comprehensive suite of agricultural implements. His commitment to excellence has earned him numerous accolades, including the Lalit Doshi First Memorial Award and the Vidarbha Udhyog Shree Award.
In 2013, he founded a new division within the Jadhao Group of Companies, dedicated to revolutionising Indian agriculture. His decision to partner with renowned Italian companies FALC and Selvaciti, led to the introduction of JADHAO FALC and JADHAO SELVATICI brands in India. These cutting-edge solutions empower farmers with advanced mechanised farming implements.
Beyond business, Sanjay Jadhao is deeply committed to community development. He has served as Chairman of the Government College of Engineering, Amravati, and established the Jadhao Foundation to support underprivileged students and social causes.

SATISH BHAT
With a background in production engineering and International Marketing & Finance, Satish M. Bhat began his career with a 23-year-stint at Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M). He started on the shop floor in the Farm Equipment Sector (FES) and eventually transitioned into corporate affairs. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the “Mahindra Ford” joint venture and the merger of Allwyn Nissan with Mahindra & Mahindra, and later served as Head of International Marketing for the Farm Equipment Sector.
After leaving Mahindra & Mahindra, he joined Schuler India Pvt. Ltd. in 2006 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the South East Asian market. In 2008, Satish transitioned to Ador Welding Ltd., where he initially served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and later became Managing Director in 2012, and was instrumental in promoting safety practices and skill development within the welding industry through his roles in the Association of Welding Products Manufacturers (AWPM) and the Ador Welding Academy (AWA). Under his leadership, AWA trained and employed over 500 underprivileged students, significantly contributing to their socio-economic upliftment. His contributions to the industry have been widely recognized, including awards such as “CEO with HR Orientation” by Global HR Congress, “India’s Most Trusted CEO” by World Consulting & Research Corporation, “CEO of the Year” by Messe India and BDO, and “Most Trusted CEO of Asia” by International Brand Consulting, USA.
Since 2022, Satish has been a guiding force at Jadhao Layland Pvt. Ltd., serving as a mentor and advisor across all sectors of the company, from operations to sales and marketing. Under his leadership, the team has demonstrated significant growth and improvement, both individually and collectively, contributing to the overall success of the company. His comprehensive Turnaround Strategy included the formation of cross-functional teams, the promotion of a Six Sigma approach, and the establishment of a culture of regular and consistent reviews. His initiatives have resulted in substantial cost savings, enhanced company culture, and improved operational efficiency.

Ms. Kashmira Jadhao Bahaley earned her degree in Production Engineering from Mumbai University and holds a Master’s in Mechatronics from the University of Delft, Netherlands. As a researcher at the University of Duisburg-Essen, she designed a cutting-edge cable robot for medical surgery applications, with her thesis being published in both German and American academic journals.
Before joining the family business in 2017, Ms. Jadhao gained valuable experience with renowned Indian conglomerates such as Godrej, Bharat Fritz Werner, and Mahindra & Mahindra. Her experience ensured that she brought a dynamic blend of tradition and innovation to the agricultural equipment manufacturing industry.
Under her leadership, Jadhao Layland Pvt. Ltd. prioritizes innovation and customer-centricity. Kashmira’s vision and strategic focus only add to it by taking the company forward.

An experienced leader in finance and business development, Mr. Aniket Bahaley holds pivotal roles as the Chief Finance Officer and New Business Development Officer at Jadhao Layland Pvt. Ltd. His MBA in Finance from Rochester University, New York, USA, helps him add a foundation of knowledge and skills to the company’s leadership team.
With a specialized focus in Corporate Finance, Asset & Investment Management, and Risk Analysis & Management, Mr. Bahaley’s has expertise in a broad spectrum of financial disciplines. His diverse experience at organisations like Sandvik, Bank of New York Mellon, Xerox, and SS&C Technologies honed his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and drive strategic decision-making.

With a 36-year career in the agriculture sector and a deep expertise in tractors and agricultural equipment, Arvind Kumar has etched a lasting legacy in the industry. His innovative service models like Uberization of farm machinery proves his commitment in revolutionizing the prevalent agricultural practices.
His stints at Force Motors as the Business Head (Aug ‘18 – Jan ‘23) and at Mahindra and Mahindra (2015-2018) were especially memorable for introducing groundbreaking products such as the ‘Sanman’ series of tractors, the pioneering ‘4wd Orchard’ tractor tailored for horticulture crops, and the innovative online farm equipment rental platform ‘Trringo’. His leadership and innovative skills earned him the prestigious Flame Leadership Award in 2019 from the Rural Marketing Association of India, along with awards like the IDC Digital Disruptor Award.
As the Managing Director & CEO of LEMKEN, a renowned German agriculture implement company, Arvind led the charge by introducing cutting-edge technological implements in India.

Plant Head at Jadhao Leyland Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Pranav N. Chimote brings invaluable experience and expertise into the operational wing of the company.
His educational background as a Mechanical Polytechnic has helped him demonstrate his technical prowess and leadership abilities throughout his career.
He began his career at Gukks Industries in 2008, where he served as the Production In-Charge for 5 years and honed his skills in production management, operational efficiency, and team coordination.
He joined Jadhao Leyland Pvt. Ltd. in 2013 as the Production Head, where he played an important role in streamlining production processes and increasing productivity.
His innovative ideas and hard work earned him a promotion to the Plant Head position. He led the team to operational excellence with a very strategic, futuristic vision. He was even awarded as the Promising Leader for two consecutive years at the Jadhao Leyland Founder’s Day celebrations.
His dedication to the growth of the company and solving complex challenges is an inspiration for everybody in his team and across the company.

A seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in Agriculture Industry, Mr. Pradeep Singh Thakur is the National Head of Sales and the Marketing at Jadhao Leyland Pvt. Ltd.
His track record with sales, dealership management, and customer-centric strategies worked to his favour at Jadhao Leyland. He successfully developed dealership networks and initiated sales in new markets, including Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka, showcasing his ability to expand business horizons and drive growth.
His skills saw him lead a range of companies, including CLAAS India, John Deere India Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Maschio Gaspardo and Captain Tractors.
His various roles included improving BDRC systems across West and North India, overseeing Business development of Harvesters in South India, developing comprehensive dealership management systems, and launching new Concept Agricultural Machineries.
As a Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering, his planning and problem-solving skills shone through every area of business.
Mr. Thakur’s proficiency in multiple languages (English, Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi, Awadhi, Bhojpuri and Gujarati) only goes to show his credibility as a customer-minded business person and the fact that he’s pushed himself to improve throughout his career.
