Super Seeder

Super Seeder is a tractor-operated implement offering a one-pass solution for sowing, stubble cutting, and soil preparation. It combines a Rotary Tiller and Seed Planter, mainly used for sowing wheat, soybeans, and other crops like maize, cotton, and sugarcane.

• Shifter Unit: The sector-type shifter mechanism ensures precise seed and fertilizer flow control, allowing accurate adjustment of application rates.
• Application Rate Measurement: The machine includes a provision for a scale and handle to measure application rates per acre and adjust settings easily.

• Gearbox & Roller: It has a heavy duty multi-speed gearbox with gear-driven side transmission and an aluminum fluted roller for seed and fertilizer distribution.
• Metering Device: The Super Seeder has a user-friendly metering system for independent seed and fertilizer adjustments, minimizing waste and improving germination. It’s made of durable aluminum and cast iron for reliable performance.
• Disc & Furrow: The seeder features a high-grade stainless steel disc-type furrow opener with 16.5-inch boron steel discs and is available with 11 tines, both disc and shovel types.
• Blades: Cutter blades shred residue, and forged tynes create furrows on a clean seedbed. The helical JLF blades ensure efficient tillage, better fuel efficiency, and thorough soil mixing.
