We have state-of-the-art testing laboratories and in-house painting facilities that improve our products’ durability and longevity. We ensure that every component undergoes strict supervision to guarantee quality and traceability of each machine before we ship them out.

Management and Quality Assurance

Our commitment to quality and efficiency is driven by our strong management system. We implement Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management (TQM), and 5S (Kaizen) principles to optimise our processes and reduce waste. Our ISO certifications are a proof of our commitment to matching international quality standards. Our goal is to reduce our rejection rate to 500 PPM by 2023. State-of-the-Art Manufacturing

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, spanning 1.92 acres in Amravati, houses cutting-edge machinery like CNC machines and robotic welding systems. This helps us produce a wide range of high-quality agricultural implements, including Rotary Tillers, Power Shredders, Power Harrows, and Post Hole Diggers, designed to meet diverse tractor specifications.

In addition to our own products, we also provide contract manufacturing services for leading industry players, leveraging our advanced manufacturing capabilities and commitment to quality.

Robotic Welding

We use robotic welding technology to optimise efficiency, increase production capacity, improve product quality, reduce material wastage, and foster an overall safer and productive working environment, ensuring superior agricultural equipment for farmers.

Gear Hobbing Machine

Our manufacturing processes include advanced gear hobbing machines, pivotal in precision engineering, and enable the precise cutting of gear teeth on various components used in agricultural equipment. We utilise this technology to ensure the highest standards of gear accuracy, durability, and performance, crucial for enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our machines. Laser Cutting Machine

Our manufacturing unit utilises advanced tools such as laser cutting, plasma cutting, hydraulic presses, and shearing bending systems. Co-ordinate Measuring Machine

We utilise a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) as part of our quality assurance process. This advanced technology allows us to precisely measure the dimensions and geometric characteristics of our manufactured parts with exceptional accuracy. By employing CMM, we ensure that every component meets stringent quality standards, guaranteeing reliable and high-performance agricultural equipment for our customers.

Painting Process
