Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information

Process orders accurately and in a timely manner

Ensure the accuracy of sales-related data and maintain records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Prepare sales reports and presentations for management

Coordinate sales meetings, agendas, and travel arrangements

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues

Assist in tracking sales performance and team KPIs

Liaise between other departments to ensure proper handling of customer orders and queries
Qualifications:
